Ingredients
½ | Red onions, sliced finely |
400 g | Watermelon, cut into bite-size pieces (Main) |
100 g | Goat feta (Main) |
¼ cup | Mint leaves |
1 to taste | Freshly ground black pepper |
2 squeezes | Limes |
Directions
- Into one large or individual bowls place the watermelon and red onion.
- Crumble the feta over the salad.
- Sprinkle with torn mint leaves.
- Add a grind of fresh pepper and a squeeze of lime.
