Ingredients
600 g | Smoked fish |
1 Tbsp | Creamed horseradish |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise, (good quality) |
½ cup | Sour cream |
1 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
6 handfuls | Watercress (Main) |
Directions
- Remove the skin and bones from the fish then break the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- Whisk together the horseradish, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice, then season.
- Toss the fish and the dressing together before plating it on the watercress.
