Sometimes you do just want a sandwich but you want it to taste good and be good for you. Here it is.
Vietnamese dressing
¼ cup | Lime juice, or lemon juice |
3 Tbsp | Sweet chilli sauce |
2 Tbsp | Fish sauce |
1 | Garlic clove, finely chopped |
1 | Red chilli, finely chopped |
Directions
- To make the Vietnamese dressing, combine all the ingredients together and mix until the sweet chilli sauce dissolves.
- Between two slices of bread (I used Freya's lower carb) pile a layer of rare beef, shredded carrot, sliced cucumber
and coriander and mint leaves. - Give it all a good drizzle of dressing.
