Ingredients
8 pieces | Vogels bread |
1 cup | Cheddar cheese, grated (Main) |
1 jar | Vegemite, (or Marmite if you prefer) (Main) |
1 knob | Butter |
Directions
- Turn oven grill to high.
- Lay the bread slices on a baking tray and grill the tops
- Remove the bread from the oven when the tops are nicely toasted. Turn them over on the baking tray, butter the un-toasted sides, spread a thin layer of Vegemite on each and distribute the grated cheese evenly over the slices.
- Return the baking tray to the oven and grill until the cheese is lovely and melted and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and enjoy! Don't burn your mouth.
