Ingredients
1 | Banana, frozen (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Honey (Main) |
1 ½ cups | Milk |
½ tsp | Cinnamon |
½ tsp | Ground cardamom (Main) |
½ cup | Natural yoghurt |
1 Tbsp | Linseed / flaxseed, ground (Main) |
1 large | Tamarillo (Main) |
Directions
Blend all ingredients except the tamarillo in a blender until smooth. Half fill your glass. Add the tamarillo to the remaining mixture and blend again. Pour in to the cup to top up your glass.
