Dinner will be fast and easy.
Ingredients
4 cups | Jasmine rice |
1 can | Tinned tuna in oil, 425g (Main) |
2 cups | Frozen peas |
¼ cup | Light soy sauce |
2 cloves | Garlic, crushed |
½ cup | Spring onions, finely sliced |
½ tsp | Salt, to taste |
2 Tbsp | Vegetable oil |
Directions
- Cook rice in salted water.
- Heat oil and saute garlic for two minutes.
- Add rice, fry for two minutes, add tuna and peas.
- Add soy sauce and spring onions. Serve
