Ingredients
3 | Avocados, just ripe, flesh only (Main) |
300 ml | Coconut cream (Main) |
1 | Lime, juiced |
¼ cup | Honey |
1 Tbsp | Radiance Superfoods Super Greens Plus (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Toasted coconut, to serve |
Directions
- In a blender, blitz all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a shallow container and freeze for 2 hours until the mix is starting to freeze around the edges.
- Scoop it all in to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer. Scoop back in to the container and place backin the freezer until the edges are starting to freeze again. Repeat the process again and then leave to freeze overnight.
- Allow the icecream to soften in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving sprinkled with toasted coconut.
