Ingredients
| ¼ | Red cabbages |
| 1 | Carrot |
| ½ | Red onions |
| 1 jar | Aioli, store-brought |
| 1 handful | Walnuts |
| 1 handful | Coriander, chopped |
| 1 can | Chilli beans |
| 1 packet | Flour tortilla, you need at least 2 tortillas per guest |
| 1 cup | Grated cheese |
| 1 packet | Sour cream |
Directions
- For the slaw, slice the red cabbage, carrot and red onion. Mix with some aioli, walnuts and coriander.
- Heat the chilli beans, probably in the microwave because let's face it, it's easier (not in the tin, obviously, unless you want fireworks).
- Heat the tortillas as per packet instructions.
- Pop the cheese and sour cream into bowls, and lay on the dinner table with the slaw, beans and spicy sauces.
