Tomato toasts

Ingredients

1 to brush	Extra virgin olive oil
1	French bread (Main)
1	Garlic clove
1	Tomato, firm (Main)
1 to taste	Salt and pepper
1 to serve	Ham, Spanish (Main)
1 to serve	Basil leaves

Directions

1. Brush slices of french bread with extra virgin olive oil and bake in a hot oven until lightly coloured.
2. Rub toasts with a cut garlic clove.
3. Slice a firm tomato in half and grate the flesh from it (discard the skin). Spoon tomato on to toasts.
4. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and pepper and top with a small slice of Spanish ham and a basil leaf.
