100 g | Tomato paste (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
750 g | Flour |
1 to taste | Salt |
Directions
- In an electric mixing bowl, whisk together the 5 eggs as well as 7 egg yolks, tomato paste and olive oil.
- Add the flour slowly and, using a dough hook, beat the dough until smooth and shiny. If sticky, you may need to add a little flour.
- Cut into slabs and wrap in cling film until needed.
Tip:For other colours, add squid ink (black); turmeric and curry powder (yellow); or spinach puree (green).
