Ingredients
| 410 g | White haricot beans |
| 4 | Tomatoes (Main) |
| 200 g | Feta |
| 1 Tbsp | Chives, (finely chopped) |
| 4 Tbsp | Chervil, (roughly chopped) |
Dressing
| 1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
| 3 Tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
| 30 ml | Sherry vinegar |
Directions
- Drain the beans and cut the tomatoes. Put in a large bowl with the feta, roughly crumbled, the chives and chervil.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad. Gently toss and plate.
