Ingredients
4 Tbsp | Tahini (Main) |
4 large | Eggs |
5 g | Baking powder |
15 g | Chia seeds |
1 pinch | Himalayan salt |
Directions
- Heat oven to 180C and prepare two mini loaf pans.
- Put everything in a large bowl and mix with electric mixer for a few minutes until well combined.
- Transfer batter to loaf tin and bake for 25-30 minutes until a skewer inserted in to the centre comes out clean - do not be fooled by the lovely puffed gold crust. Leave the loaf to cool. Slice and serve with nut butter and banana.
