Ingredients
1 cup | Sun-dried tomatoes, or semi-dried (Main) |
½ cup | Extra virgin olive oil |
¼ cup | Italian parsley |
1 Tbsp | Capers |
2 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 | Garlic clove, peeled |
2 Tbsp | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 handful | Fresh herbs, for garnish |
Directions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until almost smooth.
