1 Tbsp | Lemon rind, finely grated |
2 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
2 Tbsp | Fish sauce |
4 Tbsp | Brown sugar |
4 Tbsp | Water |
4 Tbsp | Canola oil |
750 g | Boneless salmon fillet, or use steaks (Main) |
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients — except the salmon — in a cup. Season with black pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Turn the salmon once.
- Cook the salmon on a preheated barbecue plate for about 2-3 minutes each side. Alternatively, wrap each piece in foil and cook on the grill.
- Great garnished with chopped fresh herbs and served with lime wedges on the side.
