Ingredients
| 2 | Egg whites |
| 120 g | Caster sugar |
| 20 | Strawberries, or more depending on size (Main) |
| 4 Tbsp | Yoghurt, sheeps milk yoghurt, or greek yoghurt |
| 8 tsp | Vincotto |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 150C, and line a tray with baking paper. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Then, while continuing to beat, gradually pour in the sugar a little at a time.
- Drop in small spoonfuls on to the tray allowing room to spread. Bake for 45 minutes and allow to let cool completely before using.
- To serve, crush some meringues then alternate with strawberries and yoghurt and a drizzle of vincotto.
