Ingredients
2 cups | Stonefruit, choose peaches, nectarines, plums (Main) |
1 piece | Fresh ginger, grated, use as much as liked |
1 | Orange, zested and juiced |
1 Tbsp | Honey |
⅓ cup | Milk |
⅔ cup | Buttermilk (Main) |
1 pinch | Chinese five spice, or use cardamom |
Directions
- Toss stonefruit with a little freshly grated ginger and the orange zest and juice, and freeze until firm.
- Blend fruit with honey, milk and buttermilk and five spice or cardamom until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
