This is a freeform salad. Push it in whichever direction you like. Serve with fried fish fillets.
Directions
- Break cherries or plums into halves or pieces and toss with lemon zest and juice. Add some lightly crushed toasted walnuts, chopped dill pickles or gherkins, finely chopped pickled jalapenos and chervil or coriander leaves. Drizzle with good olive oil, pomegranate (or quince) molasses and toss to combine.
