Ingredients
1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
1 bunch | Kale leaves, use the curly kale variety (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Water |
1 | Red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced |
2 cloves | Garlic, finely chopped |
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large wok, add curly kale and water. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic red chilli. Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes until kale is tender and vibrant.
