Ingredients
| 1 | Red chilli, chopped |
| 4 cm | Fresh ginger, thinly sliced |
| ½ cup | Oyster sauce |
| ½ tsp | Chinese five spice |
| 2 cups | Water |
| 2 | Pork ribs, 1.25kg American-style baby back ribs (Main) |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200C. Place the chilli, ginger, oyster sauce, five-spice and water in a baking dish and stir until well combined.
- Place the ribs in the mixture, cover with aluminium foil and cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, turn the ribs and cook for a further 30 minutes or until caramelised and tender.
Tip:Serve these ribs with a homemade coleslaw for a more substantial meal.
