It's a really easy slow cooked recipe.
Ingredients
800 g | Stewing steaks, cubed (Main) |
1 pinch | Sea salt, to taste |
1 whole | Long red chilli, thinly sliced |
50 ml | Japanese soba soya sauce |
50 ml | Sesame oil |
100 ml | White wine vinegar |
2 whole | Red capsicums, quartered and sliced |
1 medium | Onions, quartered and sliced |
1 whole | Broccoli |
1 packet | Egg noodles |
Directions
- Set oven to 75C, using a thermometer
- Brown the beef and onions in a ovenproof dish with a lid.
- Throw everything except the broccoli and egg noodles in and place in the oven. Leave well alone for 8-10 hours
- Cook Broccoli and egg noodles just before serving.
