Ingredients
¼ tsp | Ground coriander |
250 g | Lamb mince (Main) |
¼ tsp | Ground cumin |
¼ tsp | Chilli flakes |
½ cup | Flat leaf (Italian) parsley |
1 to taste | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
4 | Pita breads, split |
180 g | Goat's milk cheese (Main) |
Directions
- Place the lamb, coriander, cumin, chilli, salt, pepper and parsley in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Spread one half of the pita breads with the goat's cheese and top with the lamb mixture. Sandwich with the remaining pita breads. Brush with olive oil and place on baking trays.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the bread is crispy and the lamb is cooked through. Slice and serve with dips, such as hummus, baba ghanoush or beetroot.
