Ingredients
3 | Garlic cloves, peeled |
1 | French stick (Main) |
3 | Tomatoes, juicy, ripe (Main) |
1 | Olive oil |
1 to taste | Salt and pepper |
Directions
- Slice the bread crossways, about 2 cm thick. Toast.
- Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub into the bread.
- Slice the tomatoes into slices and rub the juices into the toast.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
