Ingredients
200 g | Soft goat's cheese (Main) |
3 Tbsp | Natural yoghurt, thick |
½ | Lemons, juice only |
2 Tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil, good quality |
1 pinch | Sea salt |
1 pinch | Cayenne pepper, small, to garnish |
1 small bunch | Fresh herbs, soft, finely chopped; optional |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Add fresh herbs if you wish.
- Serve with fresh, crunchy vegetables (radishes are great) and crackers or flatbread.
