Ingredients
1 cup | Orzo, or risoni, cooked (Main) |
⅓ cup | Creme fraiche |
2 Tbsp | Basil pesto |
2 handfuls | Spinach leaves, chopped |
½ punnet | Cherry tomatoes, halved |
50 g | Salmon, cold or hot smoked (Main) |
Directions
- Place everything in separate containers.
- When ready to eat, mix pasta, creme fraiche, basil pesto and spinach and warm in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
- Top with the cherry tomatoes and smoked salmon.
