Ingredients
250 g | Smoked fish, flaked; use white fish (Main) |
250 g | Cream cheese |
2 | Gherkins, finely chopped |
1 small handful | Fresh dill, plus extra for garnish |
1 pinch | Flaky sea salt |
1 pinch | Cracked black pepper |
½ | Lemons, juice only |
3 | Lemon wedges, to garnish |
1 pinch | Chilli flakes, or half a red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped |
1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl and stir well with a tablespoon to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Garnish with extra dill and lemon wedges.
- Serve with thin slices of grainy toast or crackers.
