Simply Delicious Avocado Salad

Balsamic glaze is balsamic vinegar that has been reduced. This thick syrup is excellent as a drizzle over vegetable salads or meats.

Ingredients

2	Oranges
2	Avocados, halved, stoned and sliced (Main)
2 cups	Wild rocket
10	Strawberries, halved
3 Tbsp	Balsamic glaze

Directions

1. Peel the oranges and segment.
2. Place the rocket on a serving plate. Top with the avocado, orange segments and strawberries.
3. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze just before serving.
