Ingredients
2 | Oranges, peeled and segmented (Main) |
2 small | Fennel bulbs, finely shaved or sliced, reserve some small fronds for the salad (Main) |
1 to drizzle | Olive oil, use Al Brown & Co Lemon & Fennel Infused Olive Oil |
Directions
Combine the orange and fennel. Lightly dress with the olive oil and season with salt.
