This is a great Asian-inspired dressing that is great over vegetables, but also as a basis of a slaw. Stir it through noodles and serve with fish, chicken, or beef, and a crispy fried egg for a quick easy meal.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp | Soy sauce (Main) |
1 | Spring onion, finely chopped |
1 Tbsp | Chilli oil |
2 Tbsp | Sesame oil |
1 Tbsp | Rice wine vinegar |
1 pinch | Salt |
½ tsp | Fresh ginger, minced, optional |
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small jug, taste and adjust as necessary.
