By grabbing a packet of savoiardi biscuits and some divine passionfruit yoghurt, a few sweet apricots and berries, you have an instantly impressive dessert which looks beautiful piled up on a special glass cake stand.
Ingredients
| 200 ml | Dessert wine |
| 12 | Savoiardi biscuits |
| 500 g | Passionfruit yoghurt |
| 4 | Apricots |
| 1 punnet | Blueberries |
| 1 handful | Cherries |
| 1 handful | Raspberries |
| 1 to garnish | Icing sugar |
Directions
- Pour the wine into a shallow wide bowl. Dip each biscuit briefly into the wine.
- Assemble the biscuits on a cake stand alternating with spoonfuls of yoghurt. Halve and slice the apricots.
- Arrange the sliced apricots, berries and cherries then dust liberally with icing sugar before eating.
