Salad
280 g | Salmon, raw, thinly sliced (Main) |
¼ | Cucumbers, cubed |
¼ | Carrots, julienned |
½ cup | Cherry tomatoes, halved |
1 bag | Mixed lettuce leaves |
1 small handful | Snow pea sprouts |
1 | Spring onion, sliced |
1 | Avocado, sliced |
Sesame dressing
3 Tbsp | Sesame seeds, toasted |
1 Tbsp | Sesame oil |
2 Tbsp | Japanese mayonnaise |
2 Tbsp | Rice vinegar |
1 ½ Tbsp | Soy sauce |
1 tsp | Sugar |
1 tsp | Mirin |
Directions
- In a mortar and pestle add the sesame seeds and finely grind, place sesame into a bowl and whisk in other dressing ingredients.
- Mix together all of the salad ingredients, add the salmon and avocado and dress generously with the sesame dressing.
