My salmon and herb omelette is a great standby meal that is tasty and delicious.
Ingredients
1 Tbsp | Butter |
2 | Eggs (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Fresh chives |
¼ cup | Cheese |
30 g | Salmon |
Directions
- Melt butter in a frying pan until frothing.
- Whisk the eggs with 1 Tbsp water. Season the whisked egg with salt and pepper and add the chopped chives (or dill).
- Tip into a hot pan. Using a fork pull the egg towards the center.
- When set add the salmon and cheese.
- Fold in half. Tip onto a plate and serve with a salad.
