These bananas are great served topped with chopped walnuts and whipped cream - flavoured with extra rum.
Ingredients
25 g | Butter, melted |
4 | Bananas, peeled |
2 Tbsp | Brown sugar |
3 Tbsp | Rum, white |
Directions
- Place the peeled bananas in a microwave-proof dish, sprinkle with melted butter, brown sugar and white rum.
- Cover and cook on medium power for one minute.
- Uncover, baste the bananas and continue cooking until just soft, about two to three minutes.
