Ingredients
1 Tbsp | Garlic |
1 Tbsp | Vegetable oil |
1 tsp | Chilli powder |
1 tsp | Turmeric |
1 tsp | Garam masala |
200 g | Besan (chickpea flour) (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Baking powder |
250 ml | Water |
1 to taste | Sea salt |
Directions
- Mix ingredients together and then strain.
- Chop up leftover meat and mix into pattie mix.
- Mould into patties and fry in small amount of oil for five minutes each side or until brown in colour.
This meal can be made with leftover chicken, duck or red meat, and is gluten free.
