A deliciously simple breakfast with the sweetness of manuka honey and pear.
Ingredients
4 slices | Brioche, toasted |
1 Tbsp | Butter |
1 Tbsp | Manuka honey |
1 | Pear, cored and sliced |
100 g | Ricotta cheese, use up to 150g depending on preference (Main) |
2 tsp | Cinnamon |
Directions
- Toast the bread and set aside.
- Heat a pan, add butter and honey and when it bubbles add the pear slices. Cook for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Spread bread with ricotta, then pile on pears and any juices from the pan.
- Sprinkle with the cinnamon.
