Ingredients
3 cups | Dry macaroni pasta (Main) |
2 cups | Roasted peanuts |
2 cups | Capsicums, DICED, 2 COLOURS |
1 cup | Celery, chopped |
2 whole | Red onions, medium, diced |
1 cup | Sultanas |
1 bottle | Salad dressing, 500mls. MUST BE SPICY (COLESLAW or POTATO) |
Directions
- Cook and cool pasta.
- Add all of the rest of the ingredients except dressing.
- Add dressing just before serving. Keep refrigerated.
