These cheese straws are taken to the next level with rocket, prosciutto a tasty chutney. They make an impressive pre-dinner nibble to have with drinks, perfect for Easter entertaining.
Ingredients
12 slices | Prosciutto (Main) |
12 | Cheese straws, (recipe at the bottom) (Main) |
1 bunch | Rocket leaves (Main) |
¼ cup | Orange and onion jam, (or similar) |
Directions
- Lay the slices of prosciutto on a clean bench then place rocket leaves on the prosciutto.
- Place a dollop of the jam on the rocket, take a cheese straw and wrap the straw in the prosciutto and rocket.Serve in a tall glass.
