This will seriously get you charged up; the apples assisting with digestion, the beetroot detoxifying your gallbladder, the carrots assisting with detoxifying your liver, along with a good dose of beta carotene, calcium and magnesium. Celery helps with building red blood cells, preventing calcium deposits. Cucumber helps to dissolve kidney and bladder stones. Ginger of course improves circulation and contains, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium. To ensure you have your total cleanse, add some spirulina, which helps to fight tumors and is rich in beta carotene . . . the list would go on if I had enough space. Suffice to say you’re probably feeling healthy already. As an aside, if you’ve got an icecream machine this would make a delicious sorbet to have as a palate cleanser, or make a granita by freezing in a tray, take it out of the freezer, break it into pieces, blitz in a food processor and refreeze to make it easy to scoop out.
