In her book Power Juices, Lesley Kenton ran this recipe for potassium punch, her tribute to Dr Norman Walker. He would recommend to his patients that they drink his raw potassium broth, although he was the first to admit that most people don't find it as palatable as straight carrot juice or concoctions based on a carrot and apple mix. Dr Walker said "The organic minerals and salts in this combination of raw potassium broth embrace practically the entire range of those required by the body. Its effect in reducing excessive acidity in the stomach is remarkable".
