Ingredients
3 Tbsp | Yoghurt |
1 tsp | Honey |
1 tsp | Peanut butter |
1 | Banana, sliced |
⅓ cup | Rolled oats (Main) |
1 cup | Water, milk, or milk substitute |
1 handful | Almonds |
Directions
- Mix yoghurt with honey and peanut butter.
- Make porridge (see below) and place in a bowl.
- Top with the yoghurt, banana and almonds.
Porridge
- Bring oats and water/milk/milk substitute in saucepan to the boil. Simmer for two minutes and serve.
- Add dashes of cinnamon, nutmeg, honey or vanilla if you like.
