Its quick and easy, especially good for leftover chicken, adaptable as you can add pan browned bacon/onion/mushrooms to basic recipe
Ingredients
1 | Cooked chicken, cut into pieces (Main) |
1 packet | Cream crackers, crushed |
1 can | Canned chicken soup, Campbells chicken soup |
1 tub | Light sour cream |
2 dessert spoons | Poppy seeds |
2 sticks | Butter, melted 100 grams |
1 bunch | Chopped parsley |
Directions
- Preheat oven 180 C, butter baking dish Combine the sour cream and Campbell's creamy chicken soup, mix well pour over base of casserole dish. Crush the crackers (sesameal or poppy seed) and put into large bowl. Add melted butter chopped chicken poppy seeds and herbs. Place this mixture over the top of soup/sour cream mix. Sprinkle with extra poppy seeds, grated parmesan
- Bake 30 minutes at 180 C
- Serve with a garden salad
