This recipe is quick and easy and goes well on a platter and eaten with a white wine. Pulse to mix all ingredients together in a food processor. Cover and refrigerate.
Ingredients
1 punnet | Cream cheese |
1 block | Blue cheese (Main) |
½ packet | Pistachio nuts |
½ packet | Dried apricots |
2 Tbsp | Cream |
1 pinch | Ground black pepper |
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse to mix. Transfer into a bowl, cover and refrigerate. Serve with crackers or crostinis .
