Ingredients
½ cup | Sugar |
1 cup | Fresh mint |
2 cups | Rum, white |
½ cup | Lime juice, preferably freshly squeezed |
1 ½ cups | Soda water |
2 ½ cups | Pineapple juice (Main) |
Directions
Bash mint leaves with sugar in a mortar and pestle, then mix with rest of ingredients and lots of ice in a large jug.
