Ingredients
1 Tbsp | Butter |
1 | Pineapple (Main) |
2 tsp | Vanilla extract, with seeds |
2 | Limes |
4 | Yoghurt, scoops of frozen buffalo (Main) |
Directions
- Heat a grill pan. Trim the skin off the pineapple.
- Slice the pineapple. Heat the butter until bubbling, add vanilla, then the pineapple. Cook for 3 minutes or until golden then turn over and repeat.
- Zest the limes and add to the pineapple with the juice.
- Serve with a scoop of frozen yoghurt.
