If you prefer, place a few ice cubes in the blender with all the ingredients and blend together.

2 | Bananas, ripe |
2 cups | Pineapple juice (Main) |
2 cups | Coconut milk |
2 Tbsp | LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond mix), up to 4tbsp ground (linseed, sunflower and almond), optional |
1 to serve | Ice |
Directions
- Place all the ingredients except the ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place 2-3 ice cubes in each of 4 glasses and pour over the smoothie.
