Ingredients
200 g | Flour |
1 pinch | Salt |
2 | Eggs |
500 ml | Milk |
20 g | Butter, melted |
1 dash | Vegetable oil, for frying |
Directions
- Put everything except the oil into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. This is the batter. Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
- To make one pancake, heat a little oil in a small frying pan over moderate heat.
- Add about 50ml of the batter and swirl it to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Fry until golden on the underside then turn over and repeat on the other side.
- Repeat for the remaining batter.
