2 | Bananas, medium |
1 Tbsp | Linseed / flaxseed |
¼ cup | Cashew nuts |
¼ cup | Almonds (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Chia seeds |
250 ml | Soy milk |
Directions
Peel the banana and place it, along with the rest of the ingredients into a blender. Blend for 60 seconds until it is smooth.
This recipe makes about 600ml.
