Ingredients
3 Tbsp | Honey |
1 cup | Raw cashew nuts (Main) |
½ cup | Raw hazelnuts, walnuts or pecans (Main) |
1 pinch | Chilli powder, a generous one |
½ cup | Banana chips, lightly crushed (Main) |
⅓ cup | Cacao nibs, raw (Main) |
1 sprinkle | Toasted sesame seeds, and sea salt |
Directions
- Melt honey in a saucepan, add raw cashews, raw hazelnuts (walnuts or pecans), a little fresh pepper and a good pinch of chilli powder and mix to combine.
- Spread on to a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast in a hot oven until golden.
- Remove from oven, add lightly crushed banana chips, raw cacao nibs, toasted sesame seeds and sea salt, and mix together well.
- Cool and break into small clusters. Store in a large jar, then try to stay away.
