Ingredients
1 pot | Mozzarella cheese, cut into quarters or mozarella ciliegine (Main) |
1 punnet | Cherry tomatoes, selection, cut in half |
1 bunch | Basil leaves, fresh |
Directions
- Alternate the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil on the skewer.
- Serve with cracked pepper and virgin olive oil.
Chef's tip
Ciliegine is a smaller cherry size version of a mozzarella. Look for Massimo’s Italian Cheese in speciality food stores and some supermarkets.
