I have been making McHerbert burgers since my son's were in Primary school and they are now 39 and 31years old!! They were always asked for at birthday, BBQs and any other time really!! The added breadcrumbs are always the left over crusts from my home-made bread.

| 6 | Shallots |
| 6 | Sun-dried tomatoes |
| ½ cup | Basil leaves |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| ½ | Freshly ground black pepper |
