Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | Honey |
| ½ cup | Soy sauce |
| 4 cups | Water |
| 2 pieces | Tangerine, peel |
| 4 | Duck eggs (Main) |
| 1 stalk | Leek |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 2 cloves | Garlic |
Directions
- Simmer the eggs, covered with water, for 10 minutes, cool. Gently crack the shells by rolling the eggs on a hard surface, but don't peel them.
- Put all ingredients with the eggs into a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes. Cover and let stand overnight, then drain and peel.
- Serve with small bowls of soy, finely diced chilli, Sichuan pepper and spring onions.
